A Chromebook version of the Inquisitor software is available.  Starting in September all new Inquisitor systems will be able to use both the Chromebook and the Windows version of the Inquisitor software.  For existing Inquisitor users, the Chromebook software is free but your Inquisitor USB interface will require a $50 firmware update. The Inquisitor USB interface (module that attaches via the USB cable to the computer) will need to be sent back to be reprogrammed.  Firmware updates can be purchased/ordered on the products page of the website. Electronic repair of any Inquisitor module currently in production will be provided at no charge regardless of age. Legacy equipment (models no longer in production) will also be repaired free of charge as long as parts are available.  (Switches and cables are excluded but will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period.)  Please use the contact form below before returning equipment for service.
